By placing an order, the buyer explicitly represents, warrants, and affirms that they are a fully qualified investigator associated with a verifiable research institution, laboratory, or formal study environment.

The buyer assumes full accountability for executing independent regulatory compliance checking within their local, state, or federal jurisdiction regarding the procurement, handling, and analysis of these chemical compounds.

2. Account Access & Compliance Verification

Access to product specifications, private chemical catalogs, and data listings requires mandatory user registration. We reserve the absolute operational right to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate account access at any time if compliance integrity or user verification flags an unauthorized retail or personal consumption layout.

3. Ordering, Pricing, & Manual Payment Processing

All prices shown are subject to regular technical updates and inventory caps. Because we utilize streamlined operational methods (including manual peer-to-peer verification channels like Venmo), an order is only deemed officially confirmed once manual reconciliation occurs against our billing log.

Buyers must explicitly execute manual transfers exactly according to the displayed checkout guide guidelines. Any transaction notes containing restricted vocabulary, product names, or pharmaceutical references may result in an immediate transaction hold and formal cancellation.

4. Comprehensive Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

The buyer agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Aminos from any claims, losses, liability exposures, or operational adjustments stemming from non-compliant chemical deployment or statutory breaches occurring after product delivery verification.

5. Severability & Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the statutory laws applicable to the location of business operations. If any specific clause inside this document is ruled invalid by a court structure, the remaining clauses shall continue in full functional effect.
